Anthony Smith had a broken jaw when he was younger and, as he got older, he wanted to create a nicer, broader smile with a more natural curve. After years of internet research and numerous consultations, Anthony became less confident about having the treatment.

When he came to Brackenwood and met Ami and Gee, Anthony felt immediately comfortable. He had already been to quite a few other practices which he said was "like going to McDonalds", going to Brackenwood however, was "like having a home cooked meal... no comparison!"

Anthony already had an idea about the kind of treatment he wanted, and Gee talked him through the whole process. All treatments were explained and well laid out step-by-step so that he could understand exactly what was going to be done and how it was going to be achieved. Anthony said it was “like watching a cookery programme with easy step-by-step instructions”.

Anthony’s treatment took around 12 months, but he saw about 60% change in the first four months. During the treatment itself, Anthony said that Gee was reassuring and offered regular breaks if needed.
