Gary Sheldon couldn’t wear false teeth; he found them uncomfortable and couldn’t eat with them. He tried several times but, in the end, he gave up.

After living with no teeth for three years, Gary started to explore his options and visited several dental practices in Birmingham. He was thoroughly underwhelmed and disappointed by the service he received at other cosmetic dental practices and felt that “customer care was secondary”, so started asking people he knew for advice.
